Microsoft is palying a very vital role in recent technology. Every day Microsoft is launching its new product. The most important thing about Microsoft is that all the new product get popularity, in other words people are always waiting for the new product. So good news for Office user is that Microsoft have launch another version of Office which is called as Office 2010.

You can use Office 2010 on Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. Ist time Miscrosoft have launch 64-bit version of Office. In Office 2010 you will find buit in screen capture tool, Screen Capturing and Clipping tools, Letter Styling, SmartArt templates etc. In Office 2010 there is upgradition made in Powerpoint, Excel and word. Now users can edit video and imgaes by using Powerpoint 2010. By using WebEx feature, now you can share features with your friend and family. In Excel and word, Microsoft uses new feature called “sparlines” and “document fidelity” which have unique function. In Office 2010 Microsoft have also introduces a new toolbar that is called as ribbon toolbar.

The draw back of Office 2010 is taht it cannot run on Window's XP (SP 1, SP2).Format like xla, xlam. dsn, mde, accde, odc, udl, are also not supported by Office 2010.
